International anti-aging systems are great for Americans to study.
For too long now, Americans have largely ignored Eastern medicine, herbal supplements, and other means of preventing aging that are popular in other parts of the world.
And there are many nations that have something to teach us in this regard.International anti-aging systems are just starting to break through with the American public. Take red wine extract, for example.
The French have been drinking red wine daily for a long, long time, and as a result they enjoy as a population much lower rates of heart disease than other parts of the world.
And yet it’s only fairly recently that we have taken a look at the French, who—unwittingly or not—have one of the most effective of all international anti-aging systems. Soon red wine extract will be widely available in this country, and we’ll be able to enjoy some of the benefits as well.
Other examples of international anti-aging systems are the cuisines of many other nations. Consider Japan, for example, where the diet contains much less saturated fat than the typical American diet, and the levels of disease and other ravages of aging seem much lower among the general population as well.
Or take gingko bilboa, not a common material in the United States but one that in other parts of the world has been demonstrated to lower the risks of stroke and to help reduce memory loss as well.
And think about the Amazonian rain forest. As far as international anti-aging systems go, this part of the world is chock full of all kinds of rare plants with untold healing and anti-aging powers. It’s almost a mystical place. Let’s consider just one food that grows there, the acai berry.
The acai berry, a cousin of the blueberry, contains so many nutrients and antioxidants that it can single-handedly help the people who eat it fight heart disease, strokes, diabetes, cancer, and all kinds of other disease.
The acai berry is so powerful that it even restores youthful energy to those who consume its juice. And who knows what other secrets are hidden away in the rain forest?
